1. General Product Safety

Toys should be used only for their intended purpose unless the product page states otherwise. Do not modify, cut, drill, overload, or misuse toys in a way that compromises their safety.

2. Assembly and Adult Supervision

Some products may require assembly by an adult. Customers are responsible for following assembly instructions carefully.

Improper assembly may cause instability, product damage, personal injury, or property damage.

Adult supervision is required where indicated. Toys with small parts, sharp edges, or functional hazards should be kept away from children who do not meet the age recommendation.

3. Choking Hazards and Small Parts

Certain toys, including building blocks, puzzles, action figures, and toys with detachable parts, may present a choking hazard if small parts are swallowed or inhaled.

Please strictly follow all age warnings (e.g., "Not suitable for children under 36 months") and safety warnings displayed on the product, packaging, or product page.

Regularly inspect toys for damaged, loose, or broken parts. Remove and safely dispose of any damaged toys or broken parts immediately. Do not allow children to play with damaged toys.

4. Children and Household Safety

Customers should keep small parts, hardware, packaging materials, plastic bags, and tools away from children and pets. Packaging materials should be disposed of safely immediately after unpacking.

Keep batteries (if applicable) out of reach of children. Batteries should only be replaced by an adult. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.

5. Product Care and Maintenance

Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Clean toys according to instructions. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, direct heat, strong sunlight, harsh cleaning chemicals, or improper cleaning methods unless the product is designed for such conditions.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If we become aware of a product recall, safety notice, or corrective action affecting a product sold by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at purchase.

We may also provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.

7. Reporting Safety Concerns

Please include your order number, product name, description of the safety concern, photos or videos, and product labels, batch numbers, or identifying information if available.

8. EU Product Safety Information (Toy Safety)

For toys sold to consumers in the European Union, applicable product safety, CE marking, manufacturer, importer, responsible economic operator, warning, and traceability information should be provided on the product, packaging, accompanying documentation, product page, or upon request where required by applicable law.
